StoryThe story takes place in Strangereal in 2029. The Federation of Central Usea has been devastated by an invasion from the Republic of Sotoa, leaving much of the country occupied and its armed forces scattered. After being rescued by the aging aircraft carrier Endurance, the player takes on the name "Wings of Theve," a legendary ace associated with the fallen FCU capital. Together with three squadmates, you return to the battlefield and fight to reclaim your homeland while carrying the weight of a legend originally created to give people hope, with the campaign combining combat missions with first-person scenes and cinematic sequences that explore life away from the cockpit, relationships within the squadron, and the pressures of fighting a desperate war.
